Thanks to the (b)engeltjes promo, honest players are rewarded. But as soon as it becomes clear you're not trustworthy, you turn into a devil and lose your perks.

Baby Clues skills

At the start of the game, each player receives a card with special abilities on the front that you can use during your turn, and special abilities on the back that you can use during another player's turn.

When you use an ability, you lose the card, but as soon as another player can unmask you, you get the card back so you can use it again.

...and before I forget to mention it, using a special ability also reveals a little information about your secret identity. So use it wisely!
