Baby Crews

After one of the babies fell asleep on a cruise, she dreamt she was a pirate looking for a crew to go on a conquest!

In the center of the table are three cards, one of which you can win if you're the last bidder. Each card shows a type of baby (pirate, pilot, navigator, etc.) and a color. Occasionally, a treasure chest will also appear.
When it's your turn, you must decide to either place one gold coin in the center of the table and remain in the bidding, or you can choose to take all the coins from the center of the table, but in that case, you are out of the bidding. This continues until only one player remains in the bidding. This player chooses one of the three cards, and the rest go permanently to the discard pile (hopefully, there wasn't a card you really need in there).

At the end of the game, you receive points for the best set you've collected. You either choose a color and receive points equal to the number of different types of babies you've collected of that color. Or you choose a type of baby and receive points for the number of different colors of that type you've collected. A treasure chest also earns a point, and the player with the most gold also receives a point.

There's also a variant where each baby has an icon you can use. Either you can exchange the baby for gold coins (but once your supply runs out, that option expires, so don't wait too long), or the baby will still play a significant role in the event of a tie.

A version has also been added that's playable for ages 5 and up. So if a young pirate wants to join in, you can now easily have them join you at the table!
